Or do you have to wait for the police to show up to protect you?

If you are not allowed to defend yourself, how does that make you feel? Do you feel less than human?

Why do certain political groups want you to be a victim?

In most areas of the US anyone can take measures to defend ones self provided the person perceives that he/she is in imminent danger IE you must believe that the person whom you are defending yourself against intends to actually inflict harm or injury to you and that person has the ability to inflict said harm. Where many people get themselves into trouble is when they defend their self with an illegal weapon or they over react. For example shooting an unarmed person or continuing to assault a person beyond what is necessary to protect ones self. The law generally allows one to defend ones self but not to be vindictive. Many political groups do not believe that most individuals are capable of defending themselves. They think that having strong self sufficient citizens is too dangerous. Most of these people have much more faith in the government's ability to protect each and every citizen in every situation than I do. Many people seem to live in some make believe world that is much different than the real world where I live. Then there are the politicians who are against anyone having the ability to fend for themself as anything which reduces the publics need for government services lessens their power. They must make us believe that we need them or why else would we vote for these clowns?

Patriot Self Defense system succeeds for two key factors. The very first is that it make use of easy moves incorporated from all the best combating styles around. The 2nd is that the manufacturers of this program really did not quit there, they took these steps into the lab and ran all kind of scientific examinations to accumulate as much information as feasible before readying to work to assess this information and assembled a scientific industrialized protection system that rather frankly reinvents the sector.
Feel secure with Patriot Self Defense

AZ just passed 20 new gun laws, most of them completely ridiculous. For instance, you can shoot anybody and it is up to the prosecution to prove it was NOT self defense. Nice, huh?

Also, juvenille delinquents no longer have to have the court's permission to get a gun if their crimes were only misdemeanors. That's what we want, a bunch of kids who are proven criminals running around with guns.

And you no longer have to try and retreat before shooting someone. If they step on your property, you can move toward them instead of away, shoot them in the head and then fall back on the first law I mentioned.

And you wonder why some groups want to discourage aggressive "defense."

Self defense is valid everywhere as long as you have right reasons to do it. You need not wait for policemen to protect your life or property against the malefactors. This is allowed under the Penal Laws as a justifying circumstance.

The right to sef-defense is useless without the tools for self-defense...firearms. I live in Indiana one of the 31 right to self defense, right to carry states. May be 33 now some states had legislation pending.

No, we have 3 loaded rifles in a closet, next to the front door. I live in Arkansas. And I have NEVER pulled one out without using it.

I do not know of a place where people are not permitted to defend themselves? It sounds like you are trying to start trouble.

You are protected under the US Constitution and possibly state laws to protect yourself if attacked, but then you have to be ready to prove it in court.

I live in TX and I'm pretty sure if someone breaks into my house it will be a "justifiable homicide" if I kill him. I don't think they f*ck around here...
