The door opened slowly, and suddenly the lights went out. I wondered if the gravity would go next, when the ancient device turned on, and the cultists all focused on the movie of the creature from the black lagoon. I started and pulled my flasher as something touched my foot, but my partner, crouched near my feet, said: "Did you hear that?" I looked among the group of cultists where a little girl sat weeping. I read her lips as she said "I want my Mommy!" over and over again.
..."Flash 'em all!" I yelled.......

The door opened slowly. Suddenly the lights went out. Something touched my foot. The Creature from the Black lagoon! I want my Mommy! Did you hear that?!

I was in bed one night reading "The Creature From the Black Lagoon" when suddenly the lights went out. The door opened slowly and a small voice seemed to whisper, "I want my mommy..." Something touched my foot...it was my cat.
"Did you hear that, Fluffy?!"

Suddenly the lights went out. It was dark. Suddenly, the door opened slowly and something said "I want my mommy". "Did you hear that?!" I whispered to my gold fish. I screamed as something touched my foot. Lightening flashed and I saw it was just the creature from the black lagoon coming into the house. He was just trying to stay out of the storm.
