You are in a movie theater viewing a film. You are the director. You make the things you want to happen appear on the screen. You can run the film as many times as you want and make any changes in it you want. This really works.

Well, until the test results come back from the test group of mutants and meta-humanoids come back, the only persons who have tried visualisation techniques are ordinary persons and reputedly they work

My son was seeing a counselor that worked with children and visualization.
She had him seeing himself different ways to help him teach himself coping skills. I can't say it was working 100%, but he learned to use it sometimes when dealing with certain situations.

absolutely they work for anyone willing to open their minds eye..visualize yourself a winner etc. and this will put u in wth winning position..
