You can't access it. Plus you are being monitored by the School's IT department. Everything you click and type on that PC is logged and they know exactly what you are doing every second. You will get busted if you persist on trying to access sites that are blocked. Even if you use a proxy, they KNOW you are. You WILL get in trouble.
Don't be STUPID, like most teens these days.
Myspace is blocked for a very good reason. It is a bordello for pedofiles.

If you mean "how" (not "who"), you could try vtunnel, a free proxying service. This allows people to get on facebook at my school by bypassing the filters.
