totally depends on what kind of party and who's gonna be there!
if there's a guy you want to hook up w/ then i would say the dress
if not, then jeans and a cute top
call some friends and see what they're wearing

I'm leaning towards the dress unless it's going to be cold. If so wear the jeans and some cute heels with the sexy blouse.

I'd wear the jeans and a sexy blouse... that way you can focus on having a great time and not on how you are sitting, how much leg you're showing, how much butt you're showing when you bend over, etc.

Personaly, I love dresses. Guys/men love women in dresses as well. Have fun at the party and don't drink too much.
