It depends what you mean by food. Is chocolate OK?

Chocolate is good for the heart, particularly the dark variety. Chocolate is also the food of love. The only problem is that cocao pods (from where they get chocolate) are bitter and so the chocolate must be processed and mixed with other things to get that smooth, lovely-tasting food. Anyway, if the food you had in mind can be processed food, then chocolate for me.

If it cannot be chocolate and must be a raw, unprocessed food, then I'd say avocado. Avocado is rich in vitamins, tastes wonderful straight from the tree, and can be eaten straight or mixed with a few other things to make wonderful salads, dips, and sandwiches. You can live on avocados alone.
