There is no heaven.
The only thing that remains is our memory of him.

Steve Irwin would be taming some of the naughty politicians that passed away before him. Also he would teach them about the world in general and how precious the world is!
Steve is in Zoo Heaven watching over Terri and the kids he adored with all his heart. ps. Steve might even be having words with the Stingray's ancestors, telling them that he does not blame the Stingray for his demise as it was only acting on instinct. RIP Steve Irwin...You were fantastic.

Steve Irwan was born to tame animals of all kinds. He loved animals. So if he is up in heaven he can be taming anything he pleases for heaven is great.

are there no alligators and snakes in heaven? if not, why would steve want to be there? i'm sure he's taken the time to tour both heaven and hell and find which has the bigger reptiles and then settle there.
