yes, so would a cardinals win.
Houston is 1 1/2 back, if they win and the Cards lose they are still a 1/2 game back because they did not play a game against the Giants; so in this scenario the Giants would travel to Houston for a make up game.
If the Astros win the make-up then they play a 1-game playoff against the Cards, as both the Dodgers and the Padres are in

The only way the Astros force a playoff is if they beat Atlanta tomorrow, the Cardinals lose to the Brewers tomorrow and lose to the Giants on Monday.

the cards magic number is one meaning either a crdinal win or a houston loss will clinch the division for st louis.
should the astros win and cards lose, then the cards and the giants will have to play a make up game on monday against the giants. should the cardinals also lose that game, then the astros and cardinals would have to play a game on tuesday to determine the division winner.

I'm going to be at the Atlanta/Houston game on Sunday, I don't think John Smoltz is going to let the Astros go to the playoffs. ;-)
