The killer I am trying to find outs name is one who use to mainly kill kids. He was very very deranged and I read a thing about him where he took a baby and sat on it and loved the way it feeled as it died. I know this is a question that most people will not be able to answer and some may not like but I am doing a study on serial killers and I need his name and facts for a page I am typing up.
