Hmm. This is a rough question to answer, because gay colloquialisms vary depending on locale, age, gender, and so many other factors. There aren't any terms that can be considered universal across all LGBT people, but here are a few ones that I hear fairly often. (To answer your subquestion, "super" and "fabulous" don't seem very common to me outside of stereotypes portrayed in film.)
For one, I tend to call almost everyone "hon" (as in "honey").
The term "twink" is a mainly gay one, deriving from "twinkie", as in the snack food. (golden [blonde] on the outside, sweet and creamy on the inside, though the term has come to mean any young, slightly muscled, non-hirstute male)
"Bear" is in many ways the opposite, meaning a (usually older) rather hairy man.
A "beard" is a woman who a gay man will take on as a companion, so as to prevent the public for thinking he's gay. (In popular culture, many people suspect Katie Holmes to be a beard for Tom Cruise. The rest of us just think he's insane.)
And a "fag hag" is a woman who tends to hang around with gay men moreso than anyone else. It's sometimes used derogatorily, to imply that the woman is incapable of finding a hetero/bisexual mate, or else has a hopeless unrequited love for the man she is friends with.
There are many more, and you can feel free to contact me via Yahoo Messenger if you'd like more information.
