did you mean
(32 + √80)/4

if you do, then first you can always simplify the radical/s. Since the only radical here is √80, so we will try to simplify it
√80
How do you simplify a radical? To simplify a radical, you must factor the radicand (number inside √) so that one of the factors is a perfect root (or, perfect square). Here we can factor √80 as
√80 = √(16 · 5)

here the perfect square is 16, so we can square root .
√80 = 4√5

Thus, we can substitute this equivalent:(32 + √80)/4
(32 + √80)/4 = (32 + 4√5)/4

Now we can simplify it
(32 + √80)/4
= 8 + √5

So the answer is 8 + √5
