no its not... my brother has it and its tight! it has like everything so tats not a bad price it does not brake tats just the dumb ppl that cant afford it that say it breaks well it depends where u buy it but overall its kool!

my friend had one and it broke so she got another one and the one they sent her was broken so she got another one and like a week later it broke..... she isn't reckless, but the phone just stopped working for no reason......... she was paying her bills and everything.
