I need to remove the sides and front to install a dvd burner

There are several GX 110s. If you mean the old desktop there are two buttons on the sides near the back. Push in and lift up and towards you.

If you mean the old tower, there is a button on the front left lower corner, and a pull tab on the back left lower corner. Push and pull the tab and the cover should open by lifting to the left. It is hinged on the the top.

pull out the lock tab in the back and then push in on the front sides and lift
