Run scan disk with fix all tracks .if this does not fix it you should buy anew hard drive it is about to go bad. back up your work.or lose it.

Smart is a system on the computer that detects harddrives that are about to fail. You'll eventully have to replace the harddrive or replace it now and save the data on it.

SMART is a technology built into the HD to determine when the drive is nearing failure. Typically, it is a mechanical failure that must be sent in for repair.
The best thing for you to do immediately is to backup all of your personal data, and then send your drive for repair/replacement.

It means your hard drive is about to die. Back up as much as you can from it and either have it replaced or replace it yourself.
