when it comes to asking people questions, like pick me up somthing or do me something. along tho's lines. i just can't bring myself to do it.
for example: i was susposed to ask my friend something. but i couldnt do it. so i told my other friend i forgot so he would do it the next day when he got back. and he did it without thinking..
why can't i ask questions?? any help or ideas? (*also i tryed think the worst they could say is 'no' but doesnt help*)

first of all asking someone a question and asking someone to do something for you are two different things, you are asking a question right now and you are doing pretty well, the next time you need a favour just say would you mind doing me a favour if they say no well so what it's not the end of the world.

i think it is something you have to get use to...it is good to be independent but you need to be able to ask friends for things...some time you may really need help, and if you are afraid to ask then you will just be there...so start asking little things...i really do not like to ask either but there came a point in my life where i need help..so i ask when i have to...i have been told no or just they made excuses...what gets me they ask me things all the time and i go out of my way to try and help but others do not do this...

You need to get some self confidence. Practice in front of a mirror. Take some drama classes. This will be a terrible handicap in life if you don't get over it now.

My life was a lot simpler when I didn't ask any questions but I didn't have any answers until I did start asking. Also, a person can ask questions without speaking.

Cause you still think that your questions are stupid and you have a fear of being considered stupid.
So just ask.
