No, Yahoo IM address only works with other Yahoo IM users OR with Microsoft/MSN IM users.
You can, however, use a single IM client that enables you to log in to multiple IM networks, enabling you to IM with all of your friends from a single client -- but you will still have to have a login ID for Yahoo and one for AOL.
