Ahhh!
The famous Maintance light - have you done the service or you just shuting it off?? Hope you did it.
HOLD down the RESET button on the instrument pannel,turn the ignition in the ON position, wait for the light to turn off (takes like 10 sec's) and WALLA !!

You have some options here. The best thing to do would be to take it into an Autozone. They will run the diag on it for free. The code should be able to tell you why it came on. Fix the problem and it will go away. More than likely it is your O2 sensor in the cat. That is an expensive part to replace. If that is the case you can pull that sensor and clean it and put it back in. Remove the battery cable and leave it off for a bit and that will reset the computer. It will make the light go off until it is tripped again. Your best bet is to replace the bad part. Good luck.

thier should be a lit red wire comeing out of the batt unplug that for 5 to 10 mins and then plug it back in and the light should go off don't unplug the BIG RED WIRE...

disconect the battery for 5 minutes. this should reset the computer.
