Look I'm straighter than a nail right now, but my wife is being a complete wacko and is using her pregnancy as an excuse which isn't very valid as most women who become pregnant don't turn into freaking pyschos hitting you and threatning to harm you. If all women are like this then I might as well turn gay and least I won't have to deal with mood swings.

Are you sure you aren't already halfway turned? It is possible to be with a woman without getting her pg.

Being pregnant a woman has different mood swings. I cant see her using her pregnancy as a reason to mistreat you. Right now you need to be supportive. Some women are depressed during this time and dont feel attractive. Youre having a child and just because your wife changed doesnt mean that you need to seek outside pleasure. Turing gay would bring another set of issues. Try talking to her and tell her how you feel minus the turning gay. issue. I cant see that as a reason unless you have always wanted to be with a man and any excuse is better than none.

Bubba, if this is her first child, she's just as freaked out as you are. Stop being a baby and support your wife, since she having a baby.

Granted, she shouldn't be hitting you or threatening to harm you. Defend yourself against her tirades by asking her, when she's calm, what makes her so crazy when she gets like that. Certain smells, sights or sounds can affect a woman at this time in her life; you just have to be patient with her. Ask her if there's something you can do for her when she gets this way.

As to your original question, no, don't go the other side. She needs a man right now, and you're it.

Pregnancy is hard to deal with, sure your wife shouldn't hit you but you have no idea what she is going through. Try to compliment her and let her know you Love and care for her. Deep down inside she is probably only wanting attention since she may feel undesirable. I don't think being a gay man would help you any. Then you would have a moody gay partner along with an ex wife and a child. Wouldn't it be easier to just work on what you have.

okay, how far along is she? yes we go through our mood swings but if she's hitting you then you need to put your foot down and say that you will not be tolerating this type of physical behavior from her. (just try not to put your foot on her, okay?) And obviously you don't know any gay men either. Some of them have emotional mood swings too so I suggest you stay with the wife and focus on your newborn baby when the time comes.

You know that's funny because when I was pregnant my husband had a hard time with my mood swings. I didn't think that they were all that bad but I guess to him they were. I didn't threaten him or wanted to cause him harm. You do need to understand though she is going to have these until that baby pops out. My advice to you is when she starts getting that way be there for her even when you don't want to be because most likely if she is gaining weight or feeling sick that is what's bothering her. You wouldn't want to be sick all the time would you? If you were anyone that was concerned with your weight you wouldn't want to be gaining it either would you? Just smile and say ok honey what do you need? :)
Good luck

Oh, you don't think you'll have to deal with other people's mood swings if you turn gay?

hahahaha, guess you've never seen a flaming gay person have you? most of them are more dramatic than a woman ever was.

Go ahead, turn gay. No problem.

You're not very "forward" thinking are you? What if you turn gay and get some 240lb bubba going through mood swings? You'll appreciate your 140lb "wacko" wife then, wontcha?

Women do get a little weird when they're pregnant.I never heard of them beat their husband. Next Doctor visit go with her and tell the Doctor what she's doing. There could be something the Doctor can do.
