I wear navy suits all the time and I tend to go for my brown wingtips (two tone brown with white uppers). Mostly it depends on how fashion forward and adventurous you are.

Black is the safest color as far as shoes, but if you want to jazz it up, find some shoes that complement your shirt and tie. Keep in mind I said complement, not insult!

If you are a male, black looks really sharp, and white would be a good contrast.
Female? Black high heels, or navy.
