Nair burns only burns if you don' t follow the directions right. I must warn you if gives an odor of perming hair. Be prepared for that if you do use it. If you want to try and remove hair without the smell of Nair try using the Nair Mousse. It doesn't have that lingering odor regular Nair does. Make sure you do a patch test on the area before using it completely. Don't have any cuts, open sores or exposed skin on the area where your trying to remove the hair from. Don't leave it on any longer then the directions say. Other then that Nair is ok. Good luck with making your choice. Thanks for the Points.

It does have a slight stinging feeling but not to where you will feel actual pain. For the results, its worth it in my opinion. Do shower w/warm water or have a washcloth w/warm water handy, don't exceed the amount of time on the bottle (usually about 5-6 minutes, don't go beyond 8 or more...results will be the same at 5) and DON'T RUB!! Dab dry. I switched to the type w/the rubber fake razor. It has a flimsy edge and bends off but I got good results using an old video club membership card. Growing pains..they suck til you experience it. Good luck.

Nair does not hurt...find one that is for sensitive skin and make sure that you use the right one...for example, if you are going to be using it in a bikini area, get one for that is made specifically for that area. look at the store...you may want to try a few different brand names, you will find that you like some better than others.

also, use lotion afterwards, it helps with the weird feeling afterwards. it also helps to make your legs feel soft. (i use hair conditioner in the shower right afterwards, while i am in the shower, and then use a lotion when i get out of the shower.)

and, hair does not grow back as fast

and, it is a cleaner look.

No, but you can have an allergic reaction. People with sensitive skin may experience a burning, and if they do they should't be using it.
Shaving sucks. Why do it if you don't have to?

And yes it does stink. You know when you walk past a hair salon at the mall? Yeah, that stink.

Nair also felt like it was burning me as well when I used it on my legs. Try Veet Mousse. I've never had a problem with it.

Nair does not burn...It depends where u use it (ur not supposed to use in in the bikini area or nipples).......if u use nair on ur legs it is painless......but a little smelly!

Try it, it really doesnt hurt.

I suggest using Veet instead. I know because I use it all the time. Be careful tough. When you use it, wait 4 days before using it again. U will see all the directions on the bottle. U can get it at your local Bi-Lo!!

im not entirely sure, but i heard that it sucks, but veet works REALLY well. i know from personlly experience. the only prob. is that veet only lasts like a week or 2. (kinda depends), before the hair starts growing again. but if u dont mind, then its great.

It smells nasty, but doesn't hurt, sting or burn on your legs.
