We used it for two of ours, and it was great. Only thing that they would keep down. Just make sure you add the proper amount of water when you mix, or it can be pretty thick.... but don't over do it.

Yes, I tried it for a while. I didn't see much improvement in my baby, though. I used the Enfamil Nutrimagen, which worked better than the A.R. My pediatrician ended up putting him on an acid reflux medicine, which helped a lot more than changing formulas.

I used the regular enfamil, but if you do chose the formula, go to the website and sign up so they can send you some coupons and the enfamil nutramagen is very expensive (25 dollars for 12 ounce can) so if you have to ask for a prescription so that it will be cheaper from your doctor.

You might want to look into Similac Alimentum it is cheaper and tastes better than Enfamil Nutramigen........I used Alimentum with my daughter because she was diagnosed with severe reflux (after a lot of tests and long months of trying every thing else) we also had to add rice to her bottles (as per the GI doctor) which also helped a great deal. Good luck to you........when in doubt call the doctor!
go to: meadjohson.com and welcomaddition.com for additional info.

Try a soy formula or carnation brands. All the A.R. is is Added Rice...they add rice cereal to regular formula. It just clogs the bottle nipple, makes baby suck harder and then they throw up rice too, lol.

The Enfamil is great....but.....it may not solve the problem. Check with your pediatirician first!

Yes and it clogged the stage 1 nipple and poured out of a stage 2 nipple. It was really thick. We had to switch to soy.

I breastfeed, but supplement. We tried it for awhile, because she had reflux, but it made absolutely no difference. We now supplement with soy-based formula.
