you can only ride those in yours, your friends, someone you know's private property like back yard only. no any public places, roads etc. i went to police station once to ask that same question because my little cousin wanted one.

where ever you dare to ride it and can get away with it.
Its up to U it's illegal in most places

i bought one a few months ago and drive it on my part of the street all the time, what the cops can't see, won't get you busted.
