Well of course something from the heart! Fifth anniversary traditional gift is something made out of wood. I dont know a new clock, tools, bookcase, desk. Congrats!

get your husband a best fishing rods so both of u can enjoy the sun on the beach be careful though coz sun's rays can cause skin cancer.if you already have rods..why not give him a new pair of gym shoes so your husband can exercise a lot and trim down a bit for you and for his health.
