Typically, the front two wheels are rigidly mounted to the frame while the rear two wheels are mounted on an axle that tilts at the center but does not have any springs, just a pivot so one wheel can go up when the other goes down to give it some ability to track over uneven surfaces.
If you take a turn in a forklift hard enough that it leans, this isn't body roll like in a car - you've got one of your wheels off the ground.

NONE Forklifts have ever had suspension. Its not possible.

forklifts are ridgid with hard rubber tires to be able to pickup and move heavy loads. If they had soft tires or suspension they would be unstable to lift and move heavy objectsand undoubtedly loose their loads.
