Silver, white, and Charcoal eye shadow, black liquid eye liner. Blend the silver across entire eye lid. Use the charcoal to the crease, and the white to highlight the corners of your eyes. Line the top and bottom with black eye liner. Use a bronzer for blush, and curl your eyelashes with a curler and coat them in blackest black mascara. This works well with tan skin tones and isn't as dramatic as bright colors. Try it :)

Since your skin is tan...try a baby soft pink blush and for your mix it up with some black eyeliner and add sparkle to it. It will look so cute and hot or Glamourous lol and tie up you're hair in a pony tail or put a clip to flip it back..that would look so cute!!!

Go to a nice store [ j.c.pennys] or what ever a nice store in your area is. At the make up counter and ask the person to help you. Most nice places can help you.

I think u should try maybe grey, brown, green blue, pink and purple colors maybe for like eyeshadows. For blush, go for a medium pink/red color, and just clear gloss.

lucky that your tan, and you can play with color. depending on the age, you can work with shadowing with dark colors, and go to the mall. in the makeup stores they have pros. so they should tell you what can work for you.
