ladyboys of bangkok. from a mans p.o.v., its like mental torture i would presume, because it looks alot like a woman, a good looking woman, but at the back of there mind, they no its a man, so it's kind of wrong to think fellow men are goodlooking, i'm not being homophobic, its just something i have always been taught.

If you remove homophobia from the equation, you can judge beauty (or ugliness) separate from attraction.

Many "ladyboys" (or Katoys as they're called) are NOT attractive at all. Many are addicted to drugs and lead horrendous lifestyles well aside from their sexual activities.

On the other hand, many are quite beautifully feminine looking, and it's a bizarre phenomenon that they feel they've been born sexually mistaken.

Some people regard them as a 3rd gender.
