Ok, It's my first month charting my BBT & I am also trying to chart my C.M.My question is....I had sexual intercourse @ 12 today. I have a "wet" feeling now....is that C.M or from earlier today? I have been pretty dry since earlier this afternoon. Any sugestion's would help.Thank's!

**also while trying to chart my BBT my chart start's at 97., but my temp all week has been in the 96. range, so how do I chart..do I have to make my own? Thank's!

Fertility Friend is what I use, and its wonderful. its the best. and like somone already said it could be from either. I usually close me eyes when I check my cm because I only consider how it feels, it it just feels wet, or if it feels sticky or think or whatever

You can get the basal thermometer at Wal-Mart for about 8 dollars. I use a wonderful FREE website called Fertilityfriend.com...it graphs your temps for you, keeps track of your fertility signs, tells you when you ovulate and also tells you if there is an implantation dip in your temps. You can also use Ovulation prediction kits, but they only measure your LH surge and give you a ball park time for ovulation...they do not pin point it. Oh, and it is possible to be ovulating while you do not have your period, just like it is possible to have a period and not ovulate.

your "wet" feeling could be either.. i guess you'd sorta have to "look " at it and see.. what day do you usually ovulate? if its coming up soon it could be from that.. if my temps went below the 97, i just sorta drew it in underneatha nd made a note of the temp.. if its always that low you might want to look for a chart online somewhere that goes that low or just change the temps right on yours, like change 97 to 96 and on up.
