Love your breasts for what they are.
If this is about a guy, you KNOW that any man who thinks boobs are THAT important isn't worth a womans time.

Hang them melons out the window of your car while you're doing about 90+ mph. Gravity and wind will do the trick. After around 400 miles you'll have gained one full cup size, and 2 1/2 inches. Daytime is the best time to do this, though, on a major highway. Happy motoring!

Search for something called 'bloussant'.
Or, you could 'manifest' them larger.
to do this,
See them as now being the size you want them to be, accept that they now ARE that size....
Focus as much emotion, power, and energy as you can on that state of existence......
then.....give up and forget about it.
Let a few days or week pass and measure them again.
If they don't 'measure up', repeat.
Some people make this process work the first time, but for most people it takes a number of repeats to work.
Even more effective is to figure out the quality of existence that you would derive from having larger breasts, and manifest having that regardless of the means.

Get pregnant or gain some weight. You could always date two dumb guys, then you will always have a couple of big boobs of your own.

get pregnant- that will only last until breast feeding is through
padded bra- that will last only until the bra is taken off
implant surgery- that will last for approx 15 years until replacement is needed

Easy, have your boyfriend massage them a lot. If he sucks on the nipples like a baby would, that'll also help.
