I saw an article in National Geographic and it showed almost everybody wearing rubber boots in Columbia. Since Brazil is really close and shares much of the same climate, why do people wear rubber boots everywhere there? It looks really hot, so how can you stand wearing those in a hot, steamy environment?

Most people don’t wear rubber boots much where I live in Brazil except for workers in certain industrial settings. There they often receive the boots as part of their safety equipment or uniform. It is real common with clean up guys and in the slaughter houses.

It relies upon on age, gender, career, region. they're probable a lot extra common on the West Coast and Midlands than the East. and also you're continually safer to have a pair of them in the boot of the automobile. maximum GAA matches (Gaelic football, hurling, camogie) except for those held in Croke Park will require a magnificent pair of wellies on a moist day! I stay in a miles off component to Galway, on the West Coast, and once you're even taking under consideration going everywhere close to the farm, or grassy parts typically, wellies are a ought to. and then, a lot to my delight, wellies hit the Irish Highstreet, with all rhe major shoe-shops stocking them in brilliant hues with female kinds... Culchie bliss! yet besides, i'm waffling. the position I come from, besides, you're mad in case you do not positioned on them on a moist day because you'll actually sink into the floor in some thing else!
