Did the ole penny trick and that was satisfying when I was younger.. oh what thrills and surely I long for those simple pleasures. It's funny you should ask this, cause I went to Disney World and saw a machine that squashes the pennies, (similiar to the train) and they charged an arm and a leg for the penny, which stamped Disney on it. LOL.. made me think of what a lost ritual for kids this was, but how commercial the most basic entertaining thought can become..

Wouldn't be that entertaining now, but it sure was fun back then!

I placed my leg & a picture of a tyrannosaurus on a railroad track once. When I ran back, my leg was gone & the picture had been digested by a pack of wild boars.

Yes--just a penny--My Mom would have had a fit if she'd caught me!! (I was six) and wasn't Ever supposed to be near the tracks!

we used to put coins on the tracks to see how squished they'd get, but when we went back to look we could never find the coins.

Just money. Coins. Then we wood drill holes in them in shop (mandatory class) and make jewelry with them.

oh this kid in my 10th grade spanish class did

he placed a penny

and it was like totally flattened
