The best way to find this out without a doctor is to figure out your BMI (see link below). However if you are concerned that you do not have a good BMI, then I would suggest consulting your doctor during your annual. Keep in mind that bone structure as well as muscle mass can change the BMI value and so everyone is individual.
If you are looking for a quick answer, I'd say between 100-200 pounds. However, I do not like to narrow it down because it is so individualized.

Well, I'm that height and gender... and was that age .... oh...just a couple of years ago....NOT. I have a medium to petite bone-build and I felt comfortable at 108 lbs. I would think that if you have a larger bone-build, (& that is a significant factor) you could be up to 10 lbs heavier. It's important, that whatever your height and age, that you feel "good" at that weight, whether it be considered a "little underweight" or a little overweight. You can also do a web search for a Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator. This is the most useful measure of what a "good weight" is for your height, age and gender. Doctors and health practitioners use the BMI for recommended weight goals.

The standard is 100 lbs for 5' tall....... and add 5 lbs for every inch over 5'. So 5'2" should be 110 lbs. But it can vary either way, depending on bone structure
