Some time ago I took my mother to the hospital for a severe nosebleed and they gave us this cool device, kind of like a padded plastic clothespin that clipped onto the end of her nose. But we lost it and can't figure out where to get another.
Thanks

I have no idea where to find one, but ice also works. Put a little pressure at the top of the nose and place some ice there. It works great and doesn't hurt like a clamp - even a padded one. You could ask at your pharmacy. They may know where to get a padded clamp like that.

That was probably an Umbilical cord clamp. I don't know if you can buy those. But you may be able to get a swimmers nose clamp.

Check the swimming section at any sports store or sports dept of discount stores and look for the nostril clamps they use for swimming
