I have a four pack, on my way to a six pack
the way i've gotten mine, is from 3 simple exercises involving an exercise ball:
1)sit on the ball, then roll,on it until its right under your back (so your laying down) but feet planted firmly hip distance apart. then just do 100 sit ups
2)lay down on the ground with the exercise ball between your thighs and elevate your legs to about 12 inches. now do sit ups
3)laying down, put the ball between your things, and ur arms straight over ur head on the ground. elevate ur legs about 3 inches. then, reach for the ball and switch it to your hands and lay down. alternate

You can get exercise balls anywhere, or just go to the gym

Combination of regular crunches, twist crunches and legs lifts. About two reps of ten of each a day and you will start noticing tighter stomach muscles. Do a lot of cardio to shrink your fat cells. At least half an hour at least three times a week of cardio. The ab excercises should be everyday and not included in the cardio.

Went for physical therapy to strengthen my muscles because I had a pain on my right side that was determined to be muscular skeletal--& I got definition in my abs from the physical therapy. Also helped the pain in my side!
I know others that use the exercise ball.
