A girl at work told me that she had a growth sprit when she was 19. Is this common?

Normally you stop growing at the age of 21. But is is still possible to grow after that. It is all in the genes. My daughter is 29 and still has growing pains. Her dad is 6'9 and he also had growing pains till he was 30. He was 6'8 when we married and grew an inch after the age of 21.

it is ABSOLUTELY possible.
my sister is 20 and still growing. (shes no 6 foot 3 lol)
and im 17 and still growing

though this type of thing has a lot to do with your genetics! Ask your parents when they had their growth spurts!
