It is true, most of them have people to do the work. They have very little to do with the work, except counting the money while other people sweat their bills and and work, worried that this person will shut down the business and move it off shore so that they can make more money with cheap labor. Most of the answers that you get will have never felt the strugle of a sick child and not being able to pay the Dr. to look at them or putting a little more water in the beans so as to streach it out for another meal.

At least Bill Gates is working hard to make the world a better place.
$500,000 a year isn't rich. $5,000,000 a year and over is rich. And yes, I agree, those people in the middle, <$500k, have to work their butts off.
The French Revolution started over something like this. Off with their heads!
Ah Ha: if they're chairmen of several boards (a few hours a week each), have inherited wealth, and/or live off the income of their investments and trust funds.

Those that earn their wealth usually maintain a 14 – 15 hour workday for at least 10 years of their life. Most people do not want to invest that much of themselves to achieve those levels of success. You can’t have it both ways. If you want to be home at 6:00 with the family, you will never reach the same income level. Timing and luck play into the factors some, but research, marketing, long hours and unbeatable drive are required.

The people I know who are doing really well, ($500,000+ per year) got there by working 12 to 14 hours a day for 6 to 7 days a week for at least 10 years.

Rich people in general as bad as rich people like the Clinton's, Kennedy's and so on. The ones that try to convince you they are so for the working poor but who wouldn't really want anything to do with you if it weren't for getting your vote.
Rich people that got rich by working their tales off always seem to be more down to Earth, Ross Perot and the late Sam Walton.

1) being rich IS work!
2) all hard work
isn't the back-breaking kind
3) people don't complain about the "lazy" rich
because they aren't familiar with the term "corporate welfare"
so
people don't resent the wealthy
as much as they resent the poor
--not the "working poor"; the poor who are SO poor that they qualify for public assistance
THAT'S what people are really complaining about
when they complain about the poor
--they are angry about somebody having his hand in their pockets
remember,
there are always going to be people who are richer than you;
there are always going to be people who are poorer than you
don't be hate'n either group

Thats why they need to keep the death tax. So rich kids get a little less when their parents die. Im a conservative republican but that is one thing I disagree with the them about. Some people have argued it hurts farms, then they need to reform it not get rid of it!

Wow do you think all rich people were just born rich? Some were but I wouldn't say most. Rich people like Bill Gates, Ted Turner and Donald Trump used their brains to become rich. (Guess you'll have to find another way) I wouldn't exactly call them lazy. I'll bet they put in more hours a day working then ....hmmmm.....let's say, YOU!
