Are there any websites that teach you how to dance, for free, or does the YMCA offer dance lessons, musical theatre tap or ballet, during the fall/winter? I want to know how to dance and need someone to either teach me or i learn by myself.

Try videos - there are some on ebay. There are also books that show you dance positions for ballet. Watch professional ballets - libraries generally have them.
