Go to properties and then to Screen Saver.
to select a type go to "my pictures Slideshow"
then you have to go to settings and where ever your photos are at you put that folder in.

you right click on photo and it will come up wih a menu look for something that says set as desktop wallpaer and click it and your pic will be on your desktop

go to control panel appearence and themesand click on choose a screen saver -=spitfire=-

open the photo, right click it, set as desktop background should do it.
