You cannot claim legally because of the act which you did because it was illegal. You can only negotiate with the victim to share with you what was received in millions of dollars.

You have what they call "dirty hands". That is a legal term for people that committed a illegal act and now are trying to profit from it. The courts are't going to help you collect from your illegal acts. They will probably arrest you if anything.

WOW, i would say try some kind of over punishment or manipulation charge on the person who you violated. This could help you lessen the amount you must pay, if you have a good legal representative. But you could end up paying more, so be carefull. Dont forget to pray, that always helps.

Well you did something illegal (the criminal) which is against the law and the victim ( the innocent one) got what they deserved...why do you think you deserve anything?
