no, it would be justifiable homicide.
If you need a character witness, i'll bring my girlfriend to your trial....get her on the stand for five minutes....you just say, see? Thats why i killed the *****.

if you killed someone anyone, accidentally or not, then its still murder, you have taken another persons life into your own hands and whether it was an accident or not, that person is no longer alive, and you are, therefore you should be charged with 1st degree murder, life for a life is what i say,

yes when it says man-slaughter it's talking anout man kind (human race). it was a phrase from when men ruled the world.

i killed a woman once,i was holding this dagger and would you believe she fell back and landed on it,they swore blind it was murder,but they have,nt found the body yet.
