Most unlikely, and I would say no....unless the baby was particularly open to his/her MIND realm, and some psychic facility as well. But at 12 mos, the capacity to express such memory would be likewise unlikely.

Peace

no, babies at that age aren't able to remember things easily. In some ways this is good, others not so much. It will be hard to get him/her to sleep at night in a different surrounding. My son is 18 months old now and his Papa just passed away. He seen a picture of him today and his face just lit up because it was only a week ago that this happened, in a few months he won't even know who he is.

Typically no because we have something called infantile amnesia where you can't remember things before the age of 2. There are some rare cases where people do remember before that time though. Usually we can't because we don't have the proper storing mechanisms in our brain before 2 so organizing, storing, and retrieving memory hasn't developed fully to work properly.

I think no one knows the answer to this for sure because an infant that age cannot express whether or not they remember. In my opinion it's possible...they remember people etc. that they don't see every day. I think 3 months might be at the limit of their memory.

Nope. Babies don't develop a sense of memory until about the age of 18-24 months. That's why you can't remember anything before that date.

Not in any conscious way we have of measuring. If a traumatic event of significant magnitude occured there is a possibility, although again, measuring such would be difficult.

Hey there,

I was always taught in school that you do not begin to have memories until you have language. So, until your baby is able to talk, he is not going to be able to have a memory.

Hope this helps....

Yes, I think so. They must remember. That's why they cry when they see their mom's leaving. Obviously, they remember mommy.
