Beta Carotene capsules!!! Worked wonders for me. Better than oxy, clearisil, prescriptions, etc. Take three 25,000 iu beta carotene capsules with water when you wake up, and three before you go to bed. Clears up skin within weeks. Skin will no longer be oily. Rarely will you break out.

I've had great success with tea tree oil and organic apple cider vinegar. Every evening, I use a tea tree oil cleaser I got at Trader Joe's, then I tone with organic apple cider vinegar (from the health store - has to be organic). As soon as that's dry, I put some tea tree oil on a cotton ball and rub that all over my face. Finally, I use jojoba oil, emu oil, or extra virgin olive oil as a moisturizer all over my face. In the mornings, I skip the tea tree oil, and just cleanse, tone, and moisturize. This regimen is the only thing that has worked for me - ever. And it's so much cheaper than any of the cosmetic crap that's out there. Email me if you have any questions - I'd be happy to give you more specific info. Good luck!

My son, cut back on sugar and used caprylic acid and grape seed extract , two weeks one then the other and used probiotics. It worked for him, and he had a bad case. Give it a month and see for yourself.
