I don't know exactly what you are talking about, but it sounds like you're saying Walmart is showing a movie on its tv's in a store, that doesn't come out until Oct. 3rd.

If that's the case, movie clips are shown on tv before the movie premieres all of the time, so what law are they breaking?

Unless Disney gave them a "screener" they ain't supposed to. They won't even sell movies to employees a 1 minute to 10 the night before. At the all night store you have to wait for 12:01 to get it.

But if it's a legal screener, then they can play it.

Generally they don't get movies until the night before.

Are you one of those out there sue happy and trying to make some money off walmart? Hmmmm. Very cheesy. Walmart sells Directv products and may have gotten some extra perks from that company. I'm sure walmart has the legal issues all taken care of.

i'd contact the better suited business enterprise Bureau or inspite of authorities employer handles that form of component on your state to make confident that those "regulations" do in reality exist, or possibly contact the Wal-Mart important places of artwork. good success!

Report it to Walmart first, thier stores have strick rules about not putting movies out for sale prior to specific release dates.

Report it to the production compay on the movie label.
