Emotions are whatever you want them to be. Personally I like to look at my emotions as a block of cheese, because you can cut a small piece off and eat it if you are hungry.
I like cheese. Cheese is good. Cheese makes me Happy. I hanker for a hunk of Cheese in the morning. I hanker for a hunk of Cheese in the evening. I hanker for a hunk of cheese during lunch time.
I always hanker for Cheese, but I don't always eat it you see. Cheese will clog up the arteries of your heart.
