The Omen if we're talkin about the original... The Ring wasn't all that great... & the original Omen is better than the remake...

The Ring is scarier. The Omen just had suspense and a little scary parts here and there. The Ring had full-out suspense and thrills.

Hands down... The Omen... plus the Ring is nothing but a Japanese remake of a movie with a similar name. The Japanese version is much scarier.
