If you mean passing the bar, most lawyers have trouble passing it the first time.
If you mean any complaints to the bar or sanctions from the Bar, you check with the bar itself.

There are two ways to answer you. Ask the bar-owner if he has had to bounce him out. Or the best bet is the local legal association and you can find them in the yellow pages or by calling your local courthouse.
