Stay hydrated. My brother use to tell me to eat alot of pasta before going out to get drunk. A hangover has alot to do with getting dehydrated from all the alcohol. Drink plenty of water before getting drunk and while getting drunk and see if that helps. I have never had a hangover but I get sick when I'm drunk.
