I'm considering buying PNY memory SDRAM DIMMs. Has anybody bought products by this manufacturer? Is there any reason to avoid PNY products?

They are a good company, but I am guessing you are buying them from a land based store, Best Buy Circuit City or something like that. You can get good memory a lot cheaper online, try www.newegg.com they have good prices.

PNY products are one of the best among the 2nd tier major manufacturer. In case of doubt, you may look for Kingston brand SDRAM memory modules. Kingston is the biggest memory company in the world.

I've used them before. Good quality, reputable company. Shop around because you can probably find less expensive memory.
