There are about a MILLION things that can make you feel dizzy and woozy. Whiplash a year ago is probably not one of them.
Some examples of what it could be: cold, flu, allergies, low blood sugar. high blood sugar. ear infection. menningitis. carbon monoxide poisoning. E. coli. dehydration. heat exhaustion. high blood pressure. low blood pressure. hypothyroidism. drug interaction. heart abnormalities. tachycardia. bradycardia. menopause. migraine...
I could go on all day! My point is: there are so many things that could be causing it, the only way to diagnose it is to see your doctor. You might want to doccument when/where these feelings occur... write down time of day (first thing in the morning? around lunchtime?), what you felt, and what made you feel better or worse (sitting down a while, eating a snack, drinking some water). That way, you'll have something to help your doctor diagnose you.
