Take an empty hive and weigh on a scale remove it. Then place the full one on it. The difference is the approximate weight within an a few grams. Assuming this is a box hive, if it is not you put a large garbage bag around it and remove weigh it and take it to a Bee Keeper. Hopefully these are domestic honey bees if not the African Killer bee is extremely dangerous and the authorities should be notified. In any case apparently you know the difference if not leave it alone and call a Bee Keeper.

A bee hive?

Ummm... you could cut it down in the winter and weigh it.

Or, put on a bee suit and go out at night with a scales. Basically you'd have to hold the scales under it to support it.

First weigh yourself. Then get back on the scale holding the hive. Subtract what you weigh with the hive, with what you got when you weighed just yourself.
