You really didn't give me much to go on - comic prices are based on issue number, not month and year. However you are in luck, the 350th issue was in August, 1992 and barring no delays in production (which often happen in comics), your issue should be 353. If it isn't, no big deal though because all the books between 345 and 360 cover price. So the price will be whatever is listed on the front of the comic.

I would say that an AMAZING SPIDER-MAN comic book dated November 1992 would be worth lots of money by now because of the blockbuster movies.
